Cotswold Wildlife Park
On Thursday, 13th June 2019, we have arranged for our Reception classes to visit Cotswold Wildlife Park. We will leave St Francis promptly at 9.00am and will return to St Francis by 3.15pm (subject to traffic).
School can provide packed lunches for all, if you would like us to prepare one, please book a hot dinner on Parentpay by 4th June 2019. We will not be able to provide any packed lunches if booked after this date. If you would prefer to provide your own lunch, please put it in a named, disposable bag (no glass bottles or fizzy drinks) and cancel your child’s hot dinner for that day on Parentpay by 4th June. All children will need to bring a bottle of water to drink throughout the day in a small rucksack.
Children will need to wear their normal school uniform and for security reasons, children MUST be wearing a St Francis jumper, cardigan or fleece at all times. The children will also be outside for the majority of the day, so suitable coats and shoes are a necessity. Any medication your child has in school will be taken with us.
The voluntary contribution towards the cost of this trip will be £13.50 per child. This includes entrance, coach talk and train ride. Please contact the school office if you have any issues regarding payment, which will be dealt with confidentially. Please also see school website for details of our charging policy.
Please give consent and make final payment via www.parentpay.com by 28th May 2019. If you do not wish your child to participate in this visit, they must be in school for that day,
please email: email@example.com to let us know.
