Y1 Trip to Cotswold Wildlife Park – 19th June ’24

On Thursday, 19th June 2024, we have arranged for our Year 1 classes to visit Cotswold Wildlife Park. We will leave St Francis at 9.00am and will return to St Francis by 3.20pm (subject to traffic). School can provide packed lunches for all, if you would like us to prepare one, please book a hot dinner on PA Connect by 14th June 2024. We will not be able to provide any packed lunches if booked after this date. All children will need to bring a bottle of water to drink throughout the day in a small rucksack, no glass bottles or fizzy drinks please. Children will need to wear their normal school uniform and as the children will also be outside for the majority of the day, suitable coats and shoes are a necessity. Any medication your child has in school will be taken with us. The voluntary contribution towards the cost of this trip will be £14.25 per child. This includes entrance, talks and transport. Please contact the school office if you have any issues regarding payment, which will be dealt with confidentially. Please also see school website for details of our charging policy. Unfortunately, this trip will need to be cancelled if we do not receive enough contributions to cover the cost of the visit. Please give consent and make final payment via Payments on PA Connect by 1st June 2024. If your child is registered Pupil Premium you will still need to check out of payments to show consent. We require consent from all parents for the child to attend.
