Why does my child have a purple PE T-Shirt?

Our school has four ‘houses’ for inter-school sports competitions, sports day and house points. This instils our children with a sense of teamwork and community. Purple is for Avebury, red is for Bowood, yellow is for Longleat and green is for Lydiard.
