Reception Trip to Roves Farm

Nursery and Reception classes will be visiting Roves Farm on Tuesday, 4th June 2024. The cost of this trip will be £15.25 per child. This includes entrance, activities and transport. If required, school can provide packed lunches, if you would like us to prepare one, please book a packed lunch on PA Connect by 24th June 2024. We will not be able to provide any packed lunches if booked after this date and your child will need to bring one. All children will need to bring a bottle of water to drink throughout the day in a small rucksack, no glass bottles or fizzy drinks please. Please give consent and make final payment of £15.25 via Payments on PA Connect by 20th May 2024. If your child is registered Pupil Premium, your cost will be covered but you will still need to ‘check out’ of payments to show consent. Children will not be able to attend without parental consent. If you do not wish your child to participate in this visit, they must be in school for that day, please email: accounts@stfrancis.swindon.sch.uk to let us know. Please contact the school office if you have any issues regarding payment, which will be dealt with confidentially. Please also see school website for details of our charging policy. Unfortunately, this trip will need to be cancelled if we do not receive enough contributions to cover the cost of the visit.
